CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

DreamFleet caters to the premium vehicle enthusiast, offering a collection of quality vehicles for sale as well as consignment marketing and concierge sourcing for their clientele. Customer engagement is maintained via a monthly newsletter, social media postings and periodic events.

Position Summary:

Working out of our state-of-the-art facility, the Customer Experience Specialist is in many ways the face of DreamFleet, often the first point of customer interaction; face-to-face, over phone, email and social media. This individual will have a broad scope of responsibility, and as part of a small team, effective communication with Management, Staff and Contractors is required. The ideal candidate will embody the values and culture of DreamFleet. Can be a full-time or part-time position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to clients – assess interest and direct as fit.
• Invoicing, Payments and Receipt entries.
• Vehicle Inventory Administration
– DMS (Dealer Management System) capture
– Coordination of vehicle Inspections, Detailing and Reconditioning
– Posting to website and advertising portals
• Run Vehicles/Components to 3rd-Party repair and vehicle licensing facilities.
• General Office Management – staff, supplies, services, etc.
• Website content management – Inventory, News and Events updates
• Outbound Marketing – Monthly Newsletter, Social Media campaigns, Customer Events.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:

• Education Level: Post-Secondary
• Preferred Areas of Study: Customer Service, Administration, Marketing
• Experience in a Customer facing role – Automotive preferred but not required.
• Minimum 25 yrs of age. Driver’s license, clean Driver Abstract, Automobile Insurance.
• Some flexibility in work days/hours required

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks and WordPress applications.
• Familiarity with Social Media such as; LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Newsletter content, posts, blogs, etc.
• Customer service orientation – Professional, Responsive, Efficient
• Ability to organize tasks, events, and to multi-task.
